About Suzanne
Suzanne Prince
MA, LPC · 30+ years of experience
I have been a therapist for over 30 years and believe that each of us needs support and guidance from time to time in our lives. Life can be difficult, and it can be beneficial to talk to someone who isn't emotionally involved in our story.
Fresh ideas and insight can give us hope when we feel hopeless about our current life situation. I work with adolescents, adults, and elders who are experiencing sexual and gender identity exploration, spiritual diversity, personal growth, religious trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship dynamics, aging, family of origin issues, grief, and trauma.
I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. I provide all care via Zoom and can see clients who live in Tennessee and North Carolina.
Compassionate care
Every session is a space of acceptance and empathy — no judgment, no rushing, no pretending.
Evidence-based
Trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and trauma-focused approaches — adapted to fit the person in front of me.
Genuinely personal
A real therapist answers your message — not a call center. I match the approach to you, not the other way around.
30+ years of experience
Ohio State University, MA 1991. Licensed in Tennessee and North Carolina. Verified by Psychology Today.

Untangling the patterns, wounds, and dynamics we carry from the families we grew up in.
